Sweet Potato Punch

  • 1 cup cooked potato pieces
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup water
  • Sugar to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 drops Angostura Bitters
  • Dash of rum

 Direction

  • 1. Combine potato, milk, water and sugar. Blend until smooth.
  • 2. Add other ingredients.
  • 3. Serve with cracked ice
