Roasted Breadfruit Salad

- 1 pound/450 g. roast breadfruit
- 5 ounces/150 g diced bell (sweet) peppers (green, yellow and red)
- 3 1/2 ounces/100 g diced onions
DRESSING
- 1 clove chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Peel and dice the roast breadfruit.
- Make the dressing by combining all the ingredients.
- Bind the dressing with diced breadfruit and bell peppers.
Serve cold
