Sweet and Sour Chickpeas

- 1 15-oz. can chickpeas, drained, rinsed and patted dry
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
- In a bowl, combine the brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder and salt. Add chickpeas to the mixture and stir to combine.
- Add to a baking sheet and bake for 1 hour or until the chickpeas sound hollow when you shake the baking sheet.
Enough for about 4 people
