Ripe Banana Shake

This is a delicious shake to cool the body’s temperature. The banana is one of the most nutritious fruits. Its rich in potassium, minerals, and magnesium. It is also rich in vitamin B6, B12, E and folates.
- 1 frozen ripe banana (peel, wrap in plastic and freeze)
- ½ cup soy powder
- ½ cup raisins
- ¼ cup mixed nuts.
- ¼ cup crushed papaya
- Grated nutmeg
Direction
- Combine ingredients in a blender. Puree until smooth.
- Sprinkle nutmeg on top and serve.
