Summer/Fall 2006

  • 4-6 star apples
  • ripe oranges
  • 1 1/2 cups condensed milk
  • Grated nutmeg

Direction

  1. Cut star apples in halves. Remove seeds and scoop pulp from inside. Be careful to remove only the soft pulp.
  2. Place pulp in bowl.
  3. Peel and remove sections from oranges and mix with star apple pulp.
  4. Sweeten with condensed milk and chill.
