Lemongrass & Coconut Sauce

Summer/Fall 2006

  • 1 stalk of lemongrass
  • 3 ounces rice wine vinegar
  • 4 teaspoons dried coconut flakes for garnish


  1. Finely chop lemongrass and add to 3 ounces rice wine vinegar.
  2. Stir in dried coconut flakes and allow to sit for 20 minutes.
