Spicy Honey Dressing
Summer/Fall 2006
- 1 cup honey
- 1 scotch bonnet pepper
- 3 whole limes
- 1 ounce soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
Direction
In a small saucepan add chopped hot peppers and soy sauce. Add honey and warm for 5 to 8 minutes. Squeeze in fresh lime juice and add chopped parsley.
