Hot Hot Jerk Dip

Summer/Fall 2006

  • 3 teaspoons jerk marinade
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • Juice of 1 fresh lime (or 2 lemons)
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh chopped coriander
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Direction

  1. Mix ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Serve with breadfruit chips.
