- 1/2 pound/225g. fresh tofu
- Jerk marinade
- Butter or vegetable oil
- Cut tofu into 1-inch squares.
- Place in a shallow dish and cover with jerk marinade. Cover and refrigerate for a few hours.
- Heat butter in pan and saute tofu until golden brown. OR, in a deep fryer, bring oil to 350 degrees F and deep fry until golden brown.
Serve with brown rice.
