Breadfruit Dip

  • 1 roasted breadfruit. Peel when cooled and cut into cubes to make 2 cups. Mash, leaving it somewhat chunky. Add the following:
  • 1/2 Scotch bonnet pepper, de-seeded and finely chopped
  •  tbsp. grated onion
  • /2 sweet pepper, finely chopped
  •  garlic clove, finely grated
  •  cup mayonnaise
  •  cup grated cheese


Mix all ingredients together then scrape into small buttered baking dish and bake at 325 degrees F until the cheese melts.
