Breadfruit Dip

- 1 roasted breadfruit. Peel when cooled and cut into cubes to make 2 cups. Mash, leaving it somewhat chunky. Add the following:
- 1/2 Scotch bonnet pepper, de-seeded and finely chopped
- tbsp. grated onion
- /2 sweet pepper, finely chopped
- garlic clove, finely grated
- cup mayonnaise
- cup grated cheese
Direction
Mix all ingredients together then scrape into small buttered baking dish and bake at 325 degrees F until the cheese melts.
