Rum Butter Glaze

Issue 3, 2016

  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup dark rum

Direction

  1. Melt butter in pan and stir in water and sugar. Boil for 5 minutes, stir constantly.
  2. Remove from heat, stir in rum and spoon over cake.

Makes 1 cup
